In Saint-Paul-de-Vence, a house with an area of 170 square meters required a complete renovation, including the replacement of all the glazing, painting of all walls and ceilings, a full replacement of the oil heating system with a gas heating system, as well as the dismantling and replacement of all connections for hot water. Additionally, a complete renovation of the basement was carried out, including the dismantling and installation of a spa area, equipped with a sauna, jacuzzi, and showers with sanitary facilities. The exterior facades were also repainted.
